Founded by Douglas T. Munn, M.Sc., Environmental Scientist, our team brings extensive field experience, ecological expertise, and evidence-based methods to every service we provide.

A Central New York native, I was born and raised in Canastota, attended Morrisville State College, and pursued advanced studies abroad. Today, I live locally, raising a family of six, and remain deeply connected to the community we serve. This local perspective informs every aspect of our work — from understanding regional pest ecology to providing solutions tailored to the unique needs of Central New York families.

I have researched ticks for six years in New Brunswick, Canada, authored a Master’s thesis on tick ecology and range expansion, and my research has been published in peer-reviewed publications.
